Jurassic Cafe sits beside Jurassic World — The Ride and is the Lower Lot's principal place to eat. The menu is grilled and smoked American food — chicken, ribs, burgers, sides — served at a counter with covered outdoor seating around it.
The food is ordinary and the location is the point. If you have committed to spending your morning on the Lower Lot, this is what stands between you and taking four escalators back up for lunch, which is the correct reason to eat here.
Seating is outdoors and partly covered. It is noticeably cooler down here in the mornings than up top because of the shade from the hillside, which is one of the few advantages the Lower Lot has.
Ordinary food in the one place where that does not matter much. Eat here to avoid a round trip on the escalators, not because the ribs are worth seeking out.
The dishes this kitchen is actually known for. Menus change seasonally, so treat this as what to look for rather than a guaranteed list.

Our take: Ordinary barbecue in the one place where that hardly matters, because the alternative is four escalators each way. Eat it and stay down here.

Our take: The sensible order if you are riding Jurassic World afterward, which you probably are. The ribs are better and considerably worse timed.

Our take: Adequate, and the only real vegetarian option on this level of the park. That is a criticism of the Lower Lot rather than of the dish.
Not substantially. There is a Starbucks and a bar down here, but Jurassic Cafe is the only real meal on this level. Everything else means going back up the Starway, which is four long escalators each way.
It is ordinary theme park counter food, competently done. The reason to eat here is location rather than quality — it saves you a round trip on the escalators, which is worth more than the difference in food.
